Bright, tangy, and lactic, made from goat’s milk. Delectably mouth-watering, this cheese can range in flavour from tart citrus to warm bread,


Smoked Cotswold Brie (v)


Soft and buttery brie using organic milk smoked over apple wood for four hours.


Comté (v)


Dense yet creamy, this utterly snackable cheese maintains the distinctly grassy, smooth characteristics of an Alpine wheel.


Extra Mature Cheddar (v)


A hard pressed extra mature cow’s milk cheddar is tangy, full-flavoured, well-rounded profile, responsible for the popularity of this variant which takes as long as 12 months to reach its peak.
